To make funded home retrofit in Ireland easier to access, easier to deliver, and easier to trust — for households, for the professionals doing the work, and for the partners funding it.
What we do
Natura Partnerships is a managing agent for funded retrofit. We identify potentially eligible homes, coordinate independent assessment, confirm eligibility and compliance, administer funding, appoint qualified installers, and oversee delivery to completion.
Why managing-agent coordination matters
Retrofit involves several professional groups, multiple compliance touchpoints, and funding rules that can be unfamiliar to households. Without a coordinating party, time is lost, information falls between the gaps, and projects stall. A managing agent absorbs that complexity so each party can focus on what they do best.
How we balance the work
Our role is to balance three things at once: a calm, clear experience for the household, disciplined compliance and documentation for funding partners, and efficient, well-prepared work for assessors and installers. Getting all three right — repeatably — is the job.
